- I love to laugh! A sense of humor is essential! If you fall and I laugh, don't take it personal! I love my family. I love animals. I am strong, but sensitive. I dislike selfish and narcissistic people. I just try to avoid them. They are energy suckers! I am spiritual. I am NOT religious. I love reading books about life after death.I believe there is no such thing as "death". I care for all living things and believe that EVERYONE is here for a reason. I love Days of Our Lives! :) I love coffee in the morning. I love going to bed early. I love staring at the Rocky Mountains EVERY day. Everything happens for a reason. I was a single teenage mom, and for that I am grateful. I love the beach and being in the sun. I love running. I like to play golf....still learning. :) I am a good person. I give EVERYONE the benefit of the doubt. Learn from your mistakes. Take risks. I love my home in CO. I miss my home and family in KY. I love convertibles. I love my girlfriends. I am a happy person. I am a positive person. I am THANKFUL for all that I have. I am thankful that I didn't get EVERYTHING I ever asked for. I love my life.

1st Wedding! Talk about pressure. Sheeeeesh!
Ok, so let me just say that this wedding was in August. You may (or may NOT!) be asking yourself, "Why did she wait so long to post these photos?" Well, you know when you don't feel like you have confidence, you start to question yourself, then you start to wonder, "WHY am I doing this? What the hell am I doing!?!?" But, you know, I have come to the conclusion that if you don't even TRY, you will get no where in a hurry. You never know what you'll get until you at least give it a "shot".... Literally, when you're speaking "camera talk". So, I am putting myself out there. This was very intimidating for me. My dear friend Nola is a friend of the bride. Taryn, the bride asked Nola if she would take their wedding photos and Nola asked ME if I'd help. I said, "ABSOLUTELY!" Glad I didn't have time to think about it. When I think too much, I start that 'ol Questioning Myself. This family was great! There was no pressure, and the bride was so laid back! I think I was more nervous than SHE was! HA! So, for all of you out there reading this, I will just say, GO FOR IT! Whatever IT may be. There was a saying I read the other day...."If I'd listened to the critics, I'd have died drunk in the gutter."~ Chekov (Not sure who CHEKOV is) :) Well, I do not and WILL NOT claim, by any stretch of the imagination, to be the best of all photographers, but if I don't keep putting one foot in front of the other and moving forward, I will never know what I CAN be. So keep moving onward! And Thank You Taryn for having complete faith and trust in me for your big day!
