- I love to laugh! A sense of humor is essential! If you fall and I laugh, don't take it personal! I love my family. I love animals. I am strong, but sensitive. I dislike selfish and narcissistic people. I just try to avoid them. They are energy suckers! I am spiritual. I am NOT religious. I love reading books about life after death.I believe there is no such thing as "death". I care for all living things and believe that EVERYONE is here for a reason. I love Days of Our Lives! :) I love coffee in the morning. I love going to bed early. I love staring at the Rocky Mountains EVERY day. Everything happens for a reason. I was a single teenage mom, and for that I am grateful. I love the beach and being in the sun. I love running. I like to play golf....still learning. :) I am a good person. I give EVERYONE the benefit of the doubt. Learn from your mistakes. Take risks. I love my home in CO. I miss my home and family in KY. I love convertibles. I love my girlfriends. I am a happy person. I am a positive person. I am THANKFUL for all that I have. I am thankful that I didn't get EVERYTHING I ever asked for. I love my life.

Another beautiful sunrise (and moonset)
Stalking the Bald Eagle
I hop on my bike AGAIN to get up to the lake. I spotted him as I walked Jack out to go to the bus stop. I'm pretty sure this is the same bald eagle that I got the black and white shots of. He looks a little angry if you ask me. He has that look on his face....that he is annoyed that I'm stalking HIM. That's HIS job!

A face only a mother could love!
Again, I noticed this one sitting in a tree on a dirt road close to my house. I didn't realize what beautiful markings he had until he flew away.
As I looked closely at the photo, I noticed that his right talon is banded. He must have been rehabilitated.
Look at that face! And now that I think about it, I think he must be a juvenile bald eagle with all of the dark feathers on his face. :)
